The ISR Online Leadership & Management Course is designed to revolutionise the way you view your position and responsibilities as a manager.
The purpose of this training program is to achieve a mental and attitude shift towards how to best lead a team, ensuring that you are implementing an empowerment model at all times to help those you support to become the greatest versions of themselves.
This course is derived from centuries of not only research, but hands on experience, as well as leading practical application tools taught in and applied by the worlds largest organisations. This course will not only show you what it takes to be a highly successful manager or leader but also how to use specific tools and techniques that will allow you to reap the benefits of these teachings almost immediately.
Like any training program, you will get out of this course what you put in to it. If you believe you are already a highly successful manager and you do not have the ability to learn, grow or get better at what you do, then I recommend you not wasting your time and continuing as you are. On the contrary if you believe that no matter how good, bad, experienced or inexperienced you are in the skill of leading people and processes, that you can always learn new ways to motivate, encourage and engage a group of people, then over the duration of this course you will find a lot of value in this material.
Remember a team will never outgrow its leader, so if you are closed minded and unwilling to be exposed to new methods, then your team will adopt a similar or identical attitude when it comes to you teaching them how to be better in their role. Instead lets complete this program with an open mind and a willingness to say “I can improve”.
This program is designed to accommodate all learning styles, with heavy focus on visual learning through short three to seven minute videos and kinaesthetic learning through role-play based testing formats. Remember being a leader is not a birth-right and is not something that comes naturally to many people, but none of us were born able to swim, ride a bicycle or speak a second language, we learned those things over time and through experiences, management is the same. Anyone can learn and anyone who has the desire to be educated can be taught.
